Hawzah News Agency- the International Conference on Fulfilling the Promise of Revenge commenced today, Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at the Hekmat Hall of Qom University.
The conference features the following topics and speakers:
- Strategic Patience, Resistance Diplomacy, and Timing in Fulfilling the Promise of Revenge – delivered by Ayatollah Abbas Ka'bi, member of the Assembly of Experts;
- The Role of the Supreme Leader and Islamic Governance in Determining Expediency, Timing, and Level of Response – presented by Ayatollah Mohammad Javad Fazel Lankarani, head of the Jurisprudential Center of the Pure Imams (peace be upon them);
- The Theology of the Promise of Revenge: Divine Traditions of Truth's Victory and the Sanctity of the Martyr's Blood – addressed by Hojatoleslam Ahmad Hossein Sharifi, president of Qom University;
- The Blood of the Martyr and the Boundaries of Smart Revenge – delivered by Dr. Abdulwahab Farati;
- The Right to Legitimate Defense and the Continuation of Seeking Justice Against Organized Assassination, Aggression, and Crime – presented by Dr. Gholamali Ghasemi.
